Audition Requirements:

As part of the application, we kindly ask prospective participants to complete the application form and upload an audition recording.

At the start of your video, please introduce yourself briefly (around 30 seconds) by telling us: Your name, age and the pieces you are going to play and tell us what excites you about making music in a group. You are welcome to speak in either English or Danish.
Prepare two pieces, each approximately 3-5 minutes long, recorded in a single take. Piano accompaniment is not required
1. One piece is the mandatory selection specified below for your instrument.
2. The second piece should be a contrasting piece.

Mozart Violin Concerto No. 3 in G Major, (K. 216), 1st Mvt (exposition and cadenza)

Mozart Violin Concerto No. 4 in D Major (K. 218), 1st Mvt (exposition and cadenza)

Mozart Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Major (K. 219), 1st Mvt (exposition and cadenza)

Viola:

Core Orchestra Programme: G.Ph. Telemann Sonata in a minor (1st and 2nd movement) - or an equivalment (one motoric and one lyrical piece).
Advanced Viola Programme: Hoffmeister Viola Concerto in D major 1st mov.
